Attributed to Felix Buhot, Born in Valognes, Félix Buhot (1847-1898) shared his life between Paris, the Normandy coasts, England and Brittany. His artistic production embraces a very wide range of techniques : oil paintings, gouaches, watercolors, and prints. The picturesque little life of the Norman countryside and Brittany, the nostalgia of the old cities asleep in the memory of their past splendor, the crazy Parisian pace, the industrious English mists, the elegant seaside society and the impetuous climate of the seaside are his favorite subjects.
